Become aligned with Body& Mind, Heart and Soul
For most people it is normal to take care of their body and most of the time also about their Heart or Heart affairs I might say. Not everyone feels the connections between the body, mind heart and soul and the importance of the co-operation between them. Some might have heard about the Chakra’s in relation with the body, yet for the western society this is a pretty new way to take a look at the holistic energy field we as a human being are representing.
When you like to drink your coffee, being told not to use it for the upcoming 24 hours, it is a challenge for me. I really have to be aware not to follow my normal routine, on an automatic pilot. And it’s not just coffee, tea isn’t allowed either. So to pick my drinks today and tomorrow is an eyeopener as well for me. I know this, because you take something for granted until it is not available anymore. Now 24 hours isn’t such a long period of time to sustain from coffee and tea. The reason why I have to sustain is of an other matter. I find myself in a position of some sorts that feels like in between two realities. Going in for a heart research scan tomorrow, it brings up other challenges as well.
A spa is a location where mineral-rich spring water (and sometimes seawater) is used to give medicinal baths. Spa towns or spa resorts (including hot springs resorts) typically offer various health treatments.
Inviting as it may seams to visit a spa to get into a medicinal bath, it always demands a journey to get there. It also involves a lot of mingling with other people as well. Lots of people are drawn into the experience or the believe this visit will improve their health. It often comes with a sauna, a massage salon. It gives us a sense of well-being, to get out of our busy daily life. On the other hand it is booming business as well. Spa and well-nesh retreats in various combinations they offer to relax, get some attention as well.
When I said I am here for you to speak
The silence was deafening at first.
You were not coming in with big words
Or grand gestures to be known.
It took me time to get comfortable with
The nudges as well the little pushes
That made me aware of what was going on.
Listening as well reading up a lot of messages these past months about the shifts and changes we are going through as humanity one thing struck me the most. The way our belief system is holding its grasp on us. Now this is not new to me, since I have been working with this for the past 40 years or so. At least on a conscious level that is. Starting my training as a spiritual healer and shaman working with the elements, the healing of plants and flowers as well working with energy. Now that last one, was something that needed to shift my perception, as well the belief system I grew up with. Being raised in the Catholic Church, I was also raised with the belief in Arch Angels, Mother Mary, Jesus and a lot of saints.
During my walks every day there are so many moments that I am drawn to something that peaks my attention. It might be the Light that plays with the shadows the trees are creating on the path. Or the sound of the ducks and geese, the blackbirds and seagulls, all the birds singing their own tune. It feels like a little tug that will make me alert and aware of my surroundings. Yet in a different way, not to so much the big picture, yet all the small details. The way the earth changes its colors, the dirt getting grey by drought, or just intensified black after a rainy day.
It is not the strength of the body that counts,
but the strength of the spirit
J.R.R. Tolkien
This morning I woke up from a dream about my physical body in comparison to my spirit and soul’s challenges. I grew up with the saying, a strong mind holds a strong body. This created a major struggle, which created a discord in my life. I have been dealing with a physical body that is sensitive to every type of unbalanced energy. Not just my own energy, also that of people around me. Being high sensitive and empath, this is something that has been tough at times to come to terms with. Being told and made belief as a child already, it takes a strong spirit within a strong body. Hence, my body failed me, so what did this message created in my belief system.
That is setting the tone of the day if you listen carefully.
As a human being we want to be together in a harmonious way, since our birth this longing is been triggered every second and moment of existence. Our soul and heart expand every time we are in harmony with our mother, father, siblings, family and friends. Every encounter we have ignites this fire and passion within us. The purity of love is harmonizing the interactions between the souls around us. The way we feel this energy will resonate within our own inner heart. On this journey of life, setting the boundaries in order to gain the harmony from within. Because there it all starts, the longing for harmony with our innate nature again.
Every journey starts with a blueprint, chosen by our soul to bring in the harmony love creates.
All you need is Love, it is essential in our life. Even for those who are feeling disappointed by love or what they felt to be the way love shows itself. Fear of love, to be disappointed once more when trust has been violated. Fear of losing the ones we love and afraid to fall in love again. Sometimes the pain and sorrow are so deep ingrained in our heart, we are starting to be afraid of love. Love seems to come with more sorrow then joy for a lot of people all around the world. When love is being dictated it will have no ground to flourish. We will have to be free in order to grow and explore what we need. So when someone says don’t fear love, the resistance lies deep within the emotional and sometimes physical wounds.
To honor my love I bought cotton flowers because they symbolize the beauty of the essence of cotton. The etherical flowers on that wooden stalk are a paradigm in itself. Cotton is a soft, fluffy staple fiber that grows in a boll, or protective case, around the seeds of the cotton plants. The fiber creates a cotton ball, which are the flowers. They are being used in so many ways since ages of time, long before the Christian calendar or any other calendar for that matter. It has been used in many traditional indigo tribes as well the modern days society. Yet for me it also has a different meaning as just the usual fabric that represents cotton for most of us.
